Terms & Conditions



All payments made to Red Hot Marketing are done so for services rendered or products sold. All packages are provided as a month-to-month subscription.  No refunds.


Initial payments made constitute an agreement to the terms found here.  


Any prepaid arrangements for monthly subscriptions, whether predetermined in Red Hot Marketing Packages (ie. Custom or DIY Packages) or by client’s request, will be considered as an agreement to continue work for that set time.


The standard timeframe for marketing and website packages can be viewed below under Time.  Red Hot Marketing requires all customer provided content to be provided for the initial design of a website or mobile app in enough time to deliver the product within 2 business days (unless another agreement is made prior to beginning of the project).


Marketing Packages

Cancellation of monthly recurring marketing packages must be done in writing with 30 days notice.


Cancellation of monthly recurring website hosting subscriptions, including domain and web hosting must be done in writing with 30 days notice.  This is a subscription to use the site.  Monthly payment are only for hosting. Red Hot Marketing retains all ownership of the website.

Website initial deposits are non-refundable.


Any marketing, website or mobile app campaigns will be suspended within 15-30 days after non-payment.  Client will be contacted of any payment issues and warned of suspension prior to the event.

Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy governs the manner in which Red Hot Marketing. collects, uses, maintains and discloses information collected from users (each, a “User”) of the Red Hot Marketing website (“Site”). This privacy policy applies to the Site and all products and services offered by Red Hot Marketing.

Personal identification information

Where do I get a domain for my site?

I suggest going to www.godaddy.com and buy your domain there.   Cost should be about $12 a year.  You only need to buy 1 to 2 year at a time.   I also suggest only buying a domain that end in .com

Can I cancel my hosting?

Yes, you can cancel your hosting and use of your site at any time.

Can I Host the site myself?

Yes, you can host a similar copy of the site yourself.  Transfer fee is $4,800. 

Can I add additional pages to my site?

Yes, this is custom work and and billable at $50 an hour.  (Billed by the 1/2 hour)
